On this special evening, the Mel Brown B-3 Organ Group will play a single opening set from 7:15 until 8 pm. (Doors open at 6:30 pm.) Then drummer Jason Marsalis (brother of Wynton & Branford and son of Ellis) and his band will take over. Marsalis' band will play for an hour or so, then the house will be emptied for a second, all-Marsalis show beginning around 10 pm. $20 cover charge for each show.
