Grand Opening Week continues at Portland’s newest music venue, the big, gorgeous Rose Room Bar and Grill (8102 NE Killingsworth, right off I-205). Tonight (Friday), I’ll be appearing at the RRB&G with the soulful, sultry vocalist LaRhonda Steele, along with the amazing Renato Caranto on sax (off tour with Merle Haggard this week) and grooving drummer Mark Griffith. The venue features a spacious dance floor, JBL sound system, great food, and easy parking. Perfect for a night out! (We play from 8-10, followed by a D.J.)
