In this song, Sweet Baby James' character is bragging about all the places he's been and all the sights he's seen, but the only places he can think to name are in Oregon.
The CD art played on the gag, with James and me awkwardly photoshopped in China, London, & Paris on the cover--but with the back cover photo showing the band in James' home town of Scappoose, OR. The Jimmy Mak's audience--including a bunch of James' Scappoose friends--certainly enjoyed the joke!
