Most of the Ocean of Tears tunes were composed by the late, great Paul deLay while he was incarcerated, then fine-tuned by the band prior to recording them post-release. But Paul wrote this song after his release. I helped Paul with the chord progression--showing him different options on his little Casio keyboard! As always, the brilliant lyrics were all Paul's.
